It's a common story: writer meets writing group, writer likes group, group breaks up . So you've only just embarked on your exploration of writing and it's over. No problem: join the Write Club.

Unlike Chuck Palahniuk our club is not radical therapy for the lost male, we are about keeping the fighting edge on our writing and encouraging each other to finish larger works that can seem daunting without encouragement.

Rule 1. You don't talk about Write Club. That's not a real rule.

Rule 2. No bleating. That's a real rule.

Rule 3. Keep writing. That's the whole point.

Our aim is to meet regularly and keep each other posted on progress, to apply some friendly pressure without actually giving anyone a mental breakdown.
